Payment Policy

 

Credit Card details held as guarantee only.
Payment required at checkin.
Payment by Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Cash or Direct Credit are accepted and do not incur Bank Fees.
American Express & Diners Cards accepted subject to 3.5% Bank Fee.
Card numbers may be validated for funds before arrival.
If credit card details cannot be supplied, a direct credit to our bank account, for the first nights accommodation is required, please contact us direct for further details (0800 22 60 70 or +64 (0)3 3196070 email stay@kaikouragateway.co.nz).

Cancellation Policy

 

If your plans change for some reason we do understand, and ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
Failure to advise us will incur a charge.
In order for us to re-sell your room we require 3 days notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night’s accommodation will be made. Any change to a confirmed reservation on, or within 3 days of your arrival date, may incur a charge.
Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation.

Card numbers and funds may be validated within 3 days of arrival.
Validation failure may result in booking cancellation.

Child Policy:
Infant under 2 years old free of charge with own bedding.
Child 2-12 years at extra person rate.
Port-a-Cot available at $16.50 per night.

Other

 

A Conference Room which seats up to 40 delegates is available.

Checkin time from 2pm to 8pm.
Checkout time 10am.
Outside these hours by application only.

LOYALTY PROGRAMME
When you accept the loyalty discount you are automatically joined to our loyalty programme, at times we may email information about upcoming events and specials, all members get priority when booking for Seafest, Classic Car Weekend, Christmas & New Year etc.
